At MFC, we want you to love your home. If your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MFC account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and pack it in its original shipping box with all protective buffers and hardware included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact our team to schedule a curbside pickup for oversized furniture items.
